Snowfest Afterparties – Terms & Conditions & 18+ Entry Policy

1. Age Restriction

Entry to all Snowfest Afterparty events is strictly limited to guests aged 18 years and over.
No persons under the age of 18 will be permitted entry under any circumstances.

2. Identification Requirements

All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification upon entry.
Accepted forms of ID include:

  • Austrian or EU national ID card

  • Valid passport

  • Valid driver’s license

Only original, unexpired IDs with a clear photograph and date of birth will be accepted.
Digital copies, photos, or screenshots of identification are not valid.
Entry will be refused if authenticity cannot be verified.

3. Tickets & Entry

  • Entry to the event is only guaranteed with a valid ticket purchased through an official Snowfest sales channel.

  • Each ticket is valid for one person and is non-transferable and non-duplicable.

  • Entry is subject to venue capacity — once the venue is full, entry will be paused until space becomes available.

  • To ensure smooth access, guests are advised to arrive early, ideally 30–60 minutes before peak hours (23:00–01:00).

  • During busy times, expected waiting times may range from 10 to 45 minutes, depending on crowd levels and security checks.

  • A valid ticket does not guarantee immediate entry; entry order is based on venue capacity and queue management.

  • Upon first entry, guests will receive an official Snowfest party wristband.

  • Re-entry is permitted only with a valid, undamaged wristband, and is subject to capacity limits and staff discretion.

  • Lost, removed, or tampered wristbands will not be replaced, and re-entry will be refused.

4. Check-In & Refund Policy

  • Guests must check in at the entrance before the event start time to secure their spot.

  • Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event only if the ticket holder has not checked in and contacts Snowfest via the official ticketing system or support channel.

  • No refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the event or after entry/check-in.

  • In the event of cancellation or postponement by the organizer, full refunds or ticket transfers will be offered.

5. Right of Refusal & Conduct

Management and security reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who:

  • Fails to provide valid ID

  • Appears underage or intoxicated

  • Engages in disorderly, aggressive, or unsafe behavior

  • Does not comply with staff directions, venue rules, or Austrian law

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Safety & Compliance

All attendees must comply with Austrian law and local safety regulations (Jugendschutzgesetz Tirol).
Security checks (including bag inspections) may be conducted upon entry.
The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and may result in removal and police involvement.

7. Photography & Media

By entering the venue, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes related to Snowfest.
If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify event staff upon entry.

8. Liability

Attendance at the event is at your own risk.
The organizers, venues, and staff are not liable for loss, damage, or injury unless caused by proven negligence.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

By purchasing a ticket or entering the venue, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and agree to all terms and conditions stated above.
